Description |
SAMH George Street Supported Accommodation Service is a Long Term rehabilitation project for people with a diagnosed Severe and Enduring Mental Health problem with associated complex needs and challenging behaviour. The project works with a person centred recovery approach to build sustainable independent living skills allowing people to reach their full potential and prepare for living independently within the community again. The project is registered as a ‘Care At Home with Housing Support’ with the Care Inspectorate. Accommodation is based on Short Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreement with purpose built individual flats within a block. |
