Description |
SAMH Constitution Street Supported Accommodation Service is a medium term rehabilitation project for people with Severe and Enduring Mental Health Problems. The project works with a person centred recovery approach to build sustainable independent living skills allowing people to reach their full potential and prepare for living independently within the community again. The project is registered as a ‘Care Home’ with the Care Inspectorate. Accommodation is based on individual flats within a block. |
